Yes, You can use different models of products together, but we do not recommend this.
Due to different hardware and software and product functions, some problems may occur during use, I hope you understand that this is not a problem of the machine itself.

These Headset Comms are a great value at this price point and make ridding with others or with someone riding pillion way more fun and much safer. If riding alone then you can listen to music or take a phone call if necessary. I recently got my girlfriend to start riding and being able to communicate while on the road while she was learning has been indispensable. Debris in the road, cager about to pull out and cut you off? The ability to call it out and warn each other, or to give pointers about why I'm doing what I'm doing what I'm doing, has helped her ride confidently and safely. Before she started riding her own bike she would ride pillion on mine and having the ability to talk instead of using the hand signals we'd developed put her at ease which made her less tense and thus made both of us safer, as I could remind her to lean with me, etc. Do yourself and your partner/riding buddies a favor and get this device and spend the cash you save on new gear or a project bike.
The installation was easy for a first time user. The battery life is really good and the speaker quality is great although, hitting high speeds hinders audio in all aspects due to wind noise. The controls are easy to get use to and the buttons are good enough for operation with gloves. Haven’t connected to other riders yet so I won’t comment there. I have ridden in the rain with it a few times and haven’t had any issues. It does connect to your phone or device via Bluetooth. Lastly, the connector from the headset to the unit itself broke on me but, I contacted customer care and they replaced it immediately. No problems at all. Awesome company to work with and a awesome product. I would recommend this before any overpriced unit like the sena or cardo.
This V7 unit was easy to install and is a dream to operate. Links to my iPhone and motorcycle with ease, and to other riders. Battery life is incredible- days of battery life. Prior to this I had a Sena 50R and after 2.5 years the battery died- and was barely holding 4 hours leading up to that. Worst customer service from Sena I've ever experienced- And EJEAS is several times cheaper than Sena- will never buy a Sena again.
